Gary, I just have to say thanks again.
using your clue, I was able today in about an hour change all the forms in the application I was working on, to work within the screen, and all looks like one application. ! The overall look is tight , much more so than with floating screens, over the _screen or the desktop. Just exactally what I was looking for.

p.s. are you going to devcon San Diego.? would love to buy you a drink. ! Even though you are a Flames Fan (Kings fan myself) but hell I have been to Cal-Gary - thats how you guys say it right? enough times that I feel right at home there.

>>So, here is my thought for the day, maybe, I was wrong in not using the _screen. maybe, my apps would be cleaner, and more pleasing to the eye. more flat if I ONLY used one _screen, and no forms at all. that way I could put controls directly on the _screen element, remove them, keep one menu on top, and maybe a side bar menu on the left of the application, but start to write text boxes and labels, command buttons etc, directly to the _screen.

In the beginning, there was a command prompt, and all was well.
