>Gary, I just have to say thanks again.
>using your clue, I was able today in about an hour change all the forms in the application I was working on, to work within the screen, and all looks like one application. ! The overall look is tight , much more so than with floating screens, over the _screen or the desktop. Just exactally what I was looking for.

I'm happy it's working for you, Bob.

It's always exciting finding something new, or a different way to do something old.

I'm always looking for ways to brighten up my interface. I imagine I went thru many of the same thought processes you did: I explored the interfaces of Outlook, Project, SAP, BAAN, PeopleSoft ... they all use the same basic model of a single main application Window (sort of like a Browser, I guess). Can't argue with success.

(I think my next change will be "hyper-links", of sorts).

>p.s. are you going to devcon San Diego.? would love to buy you a drink. ! Even though you are a Flames Fan (Kings fan myself) but hell I have been to Cal-Gary - thats how you guys say it right? enough times that I feel right at home there.

I'm afraid I can't say for sure; but if I make it, I'll be sure to look you up .... Cup in hand. :)
