Get a copy of Bootmagic by powerquest.. it lets you choose which drive to boot from and makes any partitions you want hidden.. if you hide the Win2000 partition for the win98 boot that should do the trick

Then you would also be able to copy anything you want onto the Win98 partition while in NT without any problems
