That website may be appropriately named :)

I realize that many of the power gens have headquarters in Houston...I was merely making a distinction that the power itself was not *produced* in Texas. Another point (which I made elsewhere) is that Gov. Davis has not demonized Calpine (based in your backyard) to the extent he has the Texas based companies.
