Back from the holiday week and just wanted to say thanks for the advice. The search continues, but the info I have received has caused me to rightly open up my options to include looking at other frameworks as well as slowing down my search to be more thorough. In fact I'm looking to see how a framework will fit in with SQL Server access as well as web development. There is so much for me to learn...........
Thanks again !!!

>Both products have a 30 or 60 days money-back guarantee. My advice is that you try both of them and decide which one suits your developing style better.

>I tried promatrix, but it didn't go with my style (I don't like using wizards), and after returning it, tried mere mortals and felt at home with it.

>In MY OPINION, if I had to use one sentence to describe each of them, Promatrix is an applications generator and VFE is a collection of classes.

>The only advice I can give you (which I actually got from someone at Promatrix) is to walk away from the computer for a day and read the manual COVER TO COVER before you try to do anything.

>Good luck!

>>Just curious as to everyones opinions as to which to purchase. I have read and researched great reviews of both FoxExpress and ProMatrix and am just not sure which direction to proceed in. I'm looking to purchase now and I want to make the proper investment for the future.
