Or have I been out of touch for so long (in UT) now that the Fox's "marketing needs" have evolved much further to the grandeur mentioned above?

Hi Ramil,

You are absolutely correct, as far as I'm concerned. This mention in MSDN Flash is exactly the sort of thing we've been asking for, and it's the first taste of it we've had in quite a while. It is unquestionably a significant positive step, I hope the first in a series of such very small actions that mean a lot to VFP and cost nothing to Microsoft. I'm happy about the latest announcement in MSDN Flash, and this is the third time I've said so in as many days. There has been some real progress here, and I have no reservation about acknowledging that fact.

Would you like to see more, or should we call it a day and say that VFP marketing is now completed? A single point doesn't establish a trend, so it would be nice to see a bit more regularity to these sorts of brief references in the appropriate places before we dub this a "marketing process", as opposed to an isolated marketing event. Also there remain some conspicuous omissions I'm sure we'd all like to see cleared up. We're not asking for a mile, just a few more inches, in a few more places, with a little more regularity. Meanwhile, kudos to Microsoft for taking the first step!

Mike
