Much of that depends on how strictly Codebook was followed. There should be business rules, etc in non-visual classes. If they've done that faithfully, it shouldn't be too terrible difficult. Just map the methods across.
However, knowing how traditional VFP apps were created, there is probably lots of business and validation rules in the UI, which will make a conversion more problematic.
