Thanks, Craig. I believe Nancy & Barbara's column is probably high on many people's lists of favorite articles, and I was amazed to hear her say in recent conversation that she had not received much feedback on it from readers.

I assured her that, in my opinion, it would have to be extremely popular and appreciated because the content is so good and the subject matter reflects their own personal experiences as developers, giving it even more credibility.

I'm asking Nancy and Barbara to consider keeping the column going beyond the August issue, which was their original planned stopping point. I think there's still lots to say on issues of relating to customers.
