Yes, and they didn't sit around on their a**es all day pushing buttons. We could still eat like that if we exercised as a part of daily living.

Lifestyles have changed drastically in the past 30 years. We sit around pointing remote controls at electronic boxes and such. We drive down to the end of the driveway to get the paper (or it's delivered to our computer). So... we need to eat salted green soy beans, tofu and drink soy "milk".
