I've been wondering about this for the longest time. If cholesterol comes from eating meat, how come cows don't have the problem? They're all made up of the meat that has the high cholesterol content. ;-)
But then, I don't think humanity has seen a cow die of natural causes (heart attack, stroke, etc.) in at least 2000 years.
