Slightly off the topic but............

Perhaps my mind is playing tricks (again) but I seem to recall that in one of the xBase dialects there was a setting which determined whether the memvar or field took precedence. I can't find anything in the Help about being able to do this (and I'm sure that if such an option were available you would have included that info in your answer). Was this possible in the past or am I just having a bad flashback???? Thanks.............Rich
