I am not sure I understand you question, but VFP 5 can easily access SQL Server. You do this thru ODBC and Remote Views and/or SQL Passthru. The SQL Upsizing Wizard is a tool that lets you replicate your existing Foxpro Database to a SQL Server. If you are looking for play tables on SQL server try the 'Pubs' database that is installed by default on the SQL Server Backend.

>If there are already some tables in MS SQL server, can VFP 5.0 access these database or tables? Need to use ODBC? Will it be better to use VB to programming with SQL server? I tried to search "SQL server" in VFP's help, can only find SQL upsizing wizard, is it my need or it is only for other purpose?
