Thanks for help. Then I think I don't need to care about Upsizaing Wizard. OK, so what I need is to use ODBC to connect to a SQL server and use Remote Views and SQL Passthru to access the SQL tables. I remember I have tried to do a search of "ODBC" in the Help but it seems it did not show me enough detail to let me know how to do the code. Anyway I will try to search ODBC, remote view, SQL Passthru again in the Help, do you think the information in the Help is enough? Or I need to buy some books to learn about this issue?

Thanks again
Power

>I am not sure I understand you question, but VFP 5 can easily access SQL Server. You do this thru ODBC and Remote Views and/or SQL Passthru. The SQL Upsizing Wizard is a tool that lets you replicate your existing Foxpro Database to a SQL Server. If you are looking for play tables on SQL server try the 'Pubs' database that is installed by default on the SQL Server Backend.

>>If there are already some tables in MS SQL server, can VFP 5.0 access these database or tables? Need to use ODBC? Will it be better to use VB to programming with SQL server? I tried to search "SQL server" in VFP's help, can only find SQL upsizing wizard, is it my need or it is only for other purpose?
