Here's what you need to do in order to avoid the driver error:

- Close FPW
- Add a "generic" printer through windows settings (WFW or 95) and select it to be the default printer.
- Open FPW and open every report and save the environment (report/page layout/environment)
- save the project.
- Exit FPW
- Delete the "generic" printer from windows.
- Restart FPW.
- Rebuilt all files in the project


what is going on is that FPW includes information about your printer driver with the reports and therefore the information is saved as a part of the EXE. By saving the forms with a "generic" printer informaiton that's no longer available later, you are forcing the EXE to generate printer driver information at run time, which is what you really want.
