You only need to make sure the user has IE3 or later (I think), and install the HTML Help Update. There is an option to include this in the VFP Setup Wizard.

In this case, of course, you need the TreeView. How about RTF? There is an RTF ActiveX control included in VFP.

Proposed structure for database:

HelpID (I) && auto-increment this field.
ParentID (I) && points to parent of help topic.
&& 0 if root topic.
HelpText (M) && Text, in RTF format - or perhaps PDF.
&& I have no clear idea how to manage PDF in this context.
