Hello Grigore,
I followed your tip and changed the setting in Control Panel/Internet Options, Connection tab to 'Never dial a connection' or to 'Dial whenever a network connection is not present'.

When I called the Function InternetAutodial IN WinInet in win98 and Win2k didn't work.

But when I changed the setting to 'Dial Allways the Default connection',
In Win2K it works as espected, but in Win98 it allways start dialing, so user must stop the dial and then select wich connection to use.

Unfortunatelly ist working this way here, and I Have no Idea why its so.
