Their website brags to be the 'Best Vfp training company.' That must be true, because the developers voted for it. But are they best at responding to queries about their classes? I suppose not.

The email I sent was last Thursday, July 19 (to training@takenote.com). Till now no response. Is it normal for a company in the trining business? How long should I wait before I give up and try some other second best?
