Sticking up for QWest. I've had their DSL since last December and I think they've been just the greatest. There've been a couple of hiccups, but they've always gotten it taken care, have been unfailingly helpful from the lowliest tech to the most senior person. And available 24 hours a day. I occassionaly have met a long hold time, but usually can call back after a while and more than often then not get an actual person within a minute or so.
The equipment they sent out was high quality, and the instructions for setting it up were the best I think I've ever seen. It was actually so easy to read, that I did! (Follow the instructions, that is.)
I have suffered one email outage, but there seem to be problems in the Seattle area periodically with other systems too.
