I agree that they didn't many other choices (O/S2, Linux, and (Wordperfect, IBM Suite?) but they could have waited for more stable versions of the MS offerings.

You believe most users are discouraged from using a software once they know there is a flaw, and I believe most users' expectations are so low that they will accept anything...
