I just moved my sourcesafe databases from my local machine to my server (Win2000K). Now when I am in VFP6 on my local machine and Modify Project xxx, it takes forever to bring up the project. Is there some way I can speed this up? My machine is a Win98SE P3 800 (256 MB RAM) and the server is a Win2000K P2 450 (256 MB RAM). No one else uses sourcesafe and it was quick enough before the move. (The network is 100 BaseT using a switch). No other network issues.
