Not at all. I am just saying that most users will accept inferior products
for no good reason. Alan Cooper discusses this point in The inmates are running the asylum and I tend to agree with him.

I usually work on special projects; some of which may save people's live.
Users tend to pay attention to projects when their life or livehood is
on the line. On the other hand, I also work for organizations that have
put with systems (not mine) that are down about 50% of the time! Why?
Because they think it's normal because is number 1000 on their priority
list.
