Dear Cetin,
Can you pls explain me, how do i keep the shapes but replace them with container. Do you mean, i include all the shapes and put in one container??
Pardon me for my ignorance.

>>It worked removing the Grid, as for some reason i can't remove the shapes. Anyways i also got another solution of changing the backcolor of the objects from 255,255,255 to 255,255,254 (a temp work-around).

But it shows RED color, similarly my TextBoxes, my ListBox etc.. keeps on changing color.

>>>Shaishav,
>>>Check if that's top level form, there is a grid on form and shape. If all 3 exists it's a known bug up to and including VFP6 SP5. Workaround is to replace shapes with containers.
