Shaishav,
I meant not to really keep them. Remove them and instead use container. I think almost anything for a shape could be duplicated with a container. If you're not using a property such as curvature which only applieas to shape then you could use a container instead.
Or if you really should use shapes then try :
-changing instantiating order (ie: since this ocurs when there is a grid, if grid is not the first in tab order it occurs less frequently)
-pay attention it does not touch or behind-front of a grid
-if possible do not use a top level form
