I would. Even if some users don't understand drag-and-drop, it is a standard and I venture that more and more will know. And for the ones who do a two step process would only be an annoyance.

HOw will they "drop files/or copy files to?" Won't they use drag and drop here? If not, why can't they learn that they can just directly drop it on a form?

How about adding an Explorer right-click menu choice? I haven't done that but IIRC it's possible.
