I have the same problem on W2K SP2, but now with both VFP6 SP5 and VFP7!

VFP6 will no longer launch with F1 to the Apr2001 MSDN .col

VFP7 will launch the July2001 MSDN, but unless you have (Entire Collection) as the active subset, all of the VFP help is greyed out. I've resorted to going back to the original ..\microsoft visual foxpro 7\foxhelp.chm

I've tried uninstall, reinstall, etc. for each and no dice...
