Well, I reinstalled October 2000 (the latest at hand) and copied over the foxhelp.* into July 2001 and got it working again. It is interesting that there is no mention in the release notes or July 2001 foxhelp.chm about this behavior. Normally I just do an uninstall of the current library, then a full install of the new and reset VFP to point to the new help file. Not this time...
