We have a Crystal Report that has a Word object inserted in the details section. Using the viewer, everything works fine IF the end user has MSWord installed. But if they do not, then Wordpad generates the document in the Crystal viewer and you know how Wordpad doesn't handle several Word formatting features properly. So, for our customers that don't have Word, we were going to install the Wordviewer. When we do this however, the Crystal viewer displays a Word icon and the name of the file below it instead of the document.

Any ideas?
