The file has to fit on a CD and be accessed directly from the CD. I would normally say that this is impossible but I'm looking at the fact that other vendors are apparently doing this. Well, not knowing how their data compares, whether they have the same data (regardless of data engine), and what the data store is it is impossible to know. If you at least told us the vendors someone might have had experience with them.
