The "Windows Component Update" is located in WCU directory on installation CD.
The list of components could be found in the setup.sdb file and the minimal versions requered in the baseline.dat file in that directory. Both files can be open in any text editor. According to baseline.dat file, the minimal requred version for IE is 5.50.4134.0600.

Quoting directly from the readme file, "Part of the Visual FoxPro installation process is the Windows Component Update, which installs Internet Explorer 5.5 if an earlier version is found.". Earlier than what ? Earlier than IE 5.0 or 5.5 ?
