I have a relative with a plate that says, "As Gottes Segen ist Alles gelegen."

I've translated it with a couple of online translators. They say it means, "God's benediction is for all of us situated." I'm thinking that it's losing something in the translation. It looks like a pretty well used proverb. Can anyone explain it to me?
