Sounds like that's a very basic service provider - I would definitely shop around. They should have something like "Windows 2000/NT Shared Hosting Services" or maybe where they say something about FrontPage extensions. If there's none of that, they may be a heavy UNIX/Apache ISP in which case I would look elsewhere...

If you consider in-house hosting, DSL connections are a strong alternative to something like a T1 line...
