I'm hitting a blank wall, what does FIGMO mean?

My first job out of highschool was working in a metal foundry with a hearing impaired person. He tought me about every profanity they have sign for. Some gestures are amusing, if you don't know what they mean. That's been more than 40 years ago and I've forgotten most of them.
