Hi Bill,

Thanks for the info. I don't think this is a problem with the power supply (both the CD drives and the floppy are getting power) - but who knows. Guess I'll find out when I bring it in for someone to look at. This pc is only 18 months old and my preference would be to fix it - but if it turns out that it would be too expensive to fix then I'll just buy a new box.

>I had the same problem happen on my old 333 PC. I use to keep it up all the time also. About a month before it died I started having some problems out of it and it seemed to crash a bit more often. I then got the "Disk Boot Failure" and it would not reconize either of the hard drives. Finally it wouldn't even fire up. We think the power supply was on its way out. It was an older PC so I just replaced it and restored my data.
