I am receiving a number of errors in the Event Log:
"The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/3/CustomHtml'. The error was '80004005'."

In this case the CustomHtml is the directory that has our login page. Is this an error that would come from the WC.DLL or is it directly from IIS?
