I sell both packages. SBT has been out classed by Visual AccountMate. SBT just released their VFP (ProSeries 5). AccountMate has had theirs out for over a year (almost 2). SBT has moved away from FoxPro and has written their CLient Server system in PowerBuilder (actually they bought out another company's program). It is more expensive than the Visual AccountMate
