I tried to run VFP5.0 App on Windows NT 4.0 and it dose not support it I ended using VFP3.0 for the job.

What they told me was that 16bit apps (such as fpw) is not compatible with NT. However I was running the app using an IDE drive and it worked fine. So you may want to check the configuration of the systems that have problems with running the app.
