Thanks for your ideas, after some more hard work and shear luck, have reduced the memory being taken up by issuing CLEAR CLASS command for all classes in an class libraries where an object is created from one or more classes in this library. Because the app that i am dealing with is large with approx hundreds of classes this started to degrade performance alot.

Just thought that this little catch was interesting.
