Minutes after replying to this yesterday I called MS Canada at their general number.

They gave me another number to call and told me how to ask my question to get the best response (in other words, they were most helpful).

I called that number and after less than a minute waiting I talked to someone who listened and then told me they would transfer my call to Mr. Xxxxx who handles these matters.

That line picked up promptly with a message stating the date (same day) and advising to leave a message because he was on the phone or away from his desk.
I left a detailed message along with my name and number.

3+ hours later I called again, was put through to the same person (asked for him this time) and got the same voice message. Left another message.

Here it is, 1100hr the next day, and still not a word from this person!

Do you wonder why my instinct was to NOT call!?!?!?!
