I understand. I recently spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund for McAfee Virus Scan that I had downloaded. I got so tired of going through menus, voice mail, and hold messages that I finally asked to be connected to the CEOs office.
"I'm sorry. He's asked that we not send calls there".
Where the hell am I supposed to complain to?????
Bottom line, I finally did get my refund, but I will never be a McAfee customer again nor will I recommend their products.
