The $150 dollar upgrade is for previous versions of Install Shield Express Full Version. What comes bundled with VFP7 is Install Sheild Express Limited Edition for VFP7. There is NO upgrade for the install shield express limited edition. To unlock the locked out features, we've got to purchase the Install Shield Express Full Version 3.5. This Price is $349.00.

Another gotcha is that when you purchase the Install Shield Express Full Version 3.5, it overwrites the Install Shield Express Limited Edition. It also doesn't contain the merge modules for VFP7 and VFP7 HTML Help. The fix for this is simple enough ( I think ). All you got to do is copy the .msm files from Install Shield Express Limited Edition to Install Shield Express Full Version 3.5.

I believe that the marketing was totally misleading in saying Install Shield is included with VFP7. Looks like you were also mislead because you stated that the upgrade is only $150.00. It was ignorant on my part not to check the fine print. Making assumptions really bites be in the bum sometimes....
