I need to import a .xls file in a cursor.
I know I can use the command append with the type XL5.

But what are at the rules for doing this.
It looks like the append command wants to match the .dbf fields names with the excel header columns.

In my case I have header columns with spaces in the name.
How should I create my fields in my cursor?

Ex. of field name in Excel:
CARD #,CARD NUMBER
