I did get a different error message this time: it's looking for mscvr70.dll and I don't see that anywhere including the dev machine where the dll runs fine, or on the microsoft site as a download. Is this supposed to be this difficult or am I lucky this week?
Are you sure that file name is right? I've never seen it, but it looks like it should be MSVCRT70.DLL. That would a C++ run-time DLL and there have been MSVCRT40.DLL and MSVCRT20.DLL before.
