Application Performance Consultation needed on minor
and major techniques. WHY - does Record Navigation take
a 1/2 sec. Screen refresh?

Parent-child RI should not be
an issue with SKIP - App-screen was using VIEWS, but that
caused Update problems w/ recs having multi-children, so I
got rid of the views (Now useing tables in DBC directly).
