FWIW, I've never found any other fix to this problem. Doesn't seem to be related to an upstream issue. And I've been too lazy to make a reproducible example and post a bug. Guess I've just assumed they must know about this one since it's been around for a long time.

So, if you find something that reliably fixes it, I'll be interested to hear.
