I am having difficulty setting up an 8 1/2 x 7 custom size report. It is being directed to a tractor fed Epson LQ 870 ESC/P2 driver. When I set up the form, I double click on the custom page in the paper selection section of the properties screen and enter the dimension in .01's of an inch. I then preview the report and it still appears (and prints) as an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet (printing on continuous checks) When I then check the settings, they have reverted to the default width of 100 and length of 50.
Does anyone know of any white papers or have any advise on working with this type of situation?
