I have one machine at home with Win 95 installed, which I use for testing only. I would never again use it for development. An interesting point is how complex an operating system is. Seems like Win 2000 was released around December 1999 and in October 2001 we have XP being released. That is a shorter cycle than Visual Studio 6.0 to 7.0 will enjoy.

I wonder what percentage of computer users installed Windows 2000? Last I heard it was not a very large number. As each operating system is introduced it seems to be more stable and to me that makes it worthwhile!
