Depends... Supported by whom? Honestly, I have never contacted Microsoft for help with any of my problems with their software. In fact, the only time I have ever contacted the company that wrote the software was with small shareware companies where I had a good chance of getting a reply from the author.

Most of the time, my support comes from my peers. Now, quite likely he'll get a lot of people saying get rid of 95, but he just might get some help as well. Is it officially supported? No. But odds are that someone out there will help out if he needs it.
