Well it sounded good until - received the following email from the company:

John,
Thank you for your interest in our software. Our pricing on our
website is for single user development. We do offer a run-time
version for redistribution. In order for me to quote you on
redistribution licensing, I will need to know about haw many
licenses you will require.
We have had some other clients, package our Demo with
their software. Then if their clients want to use that feature
without seeing FyTek, Inc all over, they must come to us to
purchase a full license. However, the run-time licensing purchased
by the developer is the cheaper route to go, from your clients
point of view.
If you were inquiring as to if our software may be distributed
royalty free, the answer is no. If you need anything else
please let me know. We are a small business as well, and
want nothing more than to work out a solution that is mutually
beneficial.
