Henry,
PMFJI, but I have a differing opinion which you may want to consider. The approach that Randy has provided you is no doubt a quick way for you to get Crystal Reports out, however, it does no provide extensibility to your client. When possible, I try to perform all the functionality necessary to complete the report in Crystal. This way, if the client is proficient enough, the client can piggy-back off of the report(s) that you provide and enhance as they desire.

>Thank you for your guidance Randy. I just got Crystal Report today.

>To recap your thought, I should:
>1. Gather the required data thru the exisitng SQL statements
>2. Hold the results into a temporary table, that can be released when the report is exited.
>3. Design a report using Crystal Reports to present the information to the user.

>Am I consistent with what you are telling me? Thanks again.
