I recently been named prez of the Vancouver user group. Some questions for other organizers.
1) How much do you charge per meeting and per year?
2) Do you provide drinks or food? Free or pay?
3) Besides meeting dues, what else do you do to fund raise?
4) What do you use group funds for? Buying speakers dinners?
5) What is your best source of new members?
6) How do you attract speakers?
Any other tips or advice?
